| Kirk has apartment building, commercial building, and health care facility maintenance experience. He has certifications in HVAC, home inspections, and small appliance repair. His hobbies include woodworking and computer building. He is married and has two beautiful children. |

| Ray is a retired law enforcement officer from the northern Kentucky area, retiring in August 2010. His hobbies include home beer making, and briefly worked at an area micro brewery before joining Kirk at Heartfelt Home Improvements in May 2011. He is married at has one child. |
